Qualifications:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to at least the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector. Specialized experience is defined as:
assisting in the development of comprehensive administrative management plans to identify goals and objectives, administrative processes, deadlines, and planning for an organization's budget and resources; researching and analyzing data for consistency with budget authority and constraints; assisting in correspondence review and control; gathering financial data and reviewing obligations and costs; serving as a liaison between multiple offices or organizations; preparing documentation for personnel actions and initiating transactions in an automated personnel system; preparing Agency responses to Freedom Of Information Act requests; preparing travel arrangements, authorizations, and vouchers; & reviewing documents for correct grammar and format and finalize using software applications as electronic mail, desktop publishing, calendar, spreadsheet, database and graphics. All qualification requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement. Merit Promotion candidates must also meet time-in-grade requirements by the announcement closing date.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
