Support Services Supervisor (Supply Supervisor)

Develops and implements programs and plans to satisfy varying requirements and priorities for Property & Supply and other Service Unit objectives. Conducts meetings with staff to explain work requirements, methods and procedures as needed. Supervises, directs and coordinates the supply program for the hospital and the satellite health center involving expendable and non-expendable supplies. With the large expenditures, incumbent must have knowledge of budget and budgetary processes. Provide leadership for property and supply activities within the Whiteriver Service Unit (WRSU). To qualify for this position, your resume must state sufficient experience and/or education, to perform the duties of the specific position for which you are applying. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer and part-time experience. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, GS-0342-12:
Your resume must demonstrate at least (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector performing the following type of work and/or tasks:

Oversee the daily operation of one or more support services for an organization, including clerical services, office space, equipment and supplies, vendor management and other support services. Establish work procedures and standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness of assigned operations. Ensure compliance with established standards and responsible for reviewing and evaluating the work and performance of subordinates. You must meet all qualification requirements within 30 days of the closing date of the announcement. Federal employees in the competitive service are also subject to the Time-In-Grade Requirements:
Merit Promotion (status) candidates must have completed one year of service at the next lower grade level. Time-In-Grade provisions do not apply under the Excepted Service Examining Plan (ESEP).

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
